Measuring technology

The measurement of geometrical precision is part and an matter of course during final acceptances of machines, although under production conditions it is frequently not geometrical deviations but process vibrations that reduce the machine accuracy. Dynamic machine analyses are therefore a more important tool for evaluating the performance of production machines. The complexity of the measurements and the evaluation and interpretation of the results, however, require considerably more experience. Important demands of our customers are the precision, speed and reproducibility of the measurements.


Measurement precision:

The latest sensor technology and evaluation hardware and software, in combination with our experience in vibration measurement of machine tools, will provide you with results of high resolution and precision. 
 

Measuring speed:

A patented measuring system for determining dynamic compliances and mode shapes (modal analysis) enables fast measurement and minimal failure times for your machines.
  

Reproducibility:

With our standardised measuring strategies and systematic archiving of results, we can offer you the basis for a quantitative comparison and long-term improvement of the dynamic properties of your machines.


We use the following measuring methods:
